child or person named receives a Naming Certificate. Should an adult
seek a Naming Ceremony, a more appropriate certificate would be
available. The ceremony fee also includes four other certificates,
which may be Godparent, Guardian, Mentor, Grandparent or other certificates.

A4 size, and printed with the required number of positions for
either Godparents or Guardians to sign. Note: In some instances,
