Dear Dorothy,

It's a whole week since Nadia's wedding - a very busy week, so I'm only catching up now.

I am just writing to thank you for the way you managed the ceremony.  It was just the right balance, it was the way Nadia and Cristian wanted it (I say this with feeling - I have seen celebrants who couldn't help imposing their own view of how things should go, in clear contradiction to what had been agreed with the key parties!), and the comments we got from the guests all day (and in following days) were all favourable.  They loved the whole event, and they all spoke particularly approvingly of the way you handled your part in it.  Jan and I certainly thought it was lovely.
